Future Cities General Contracting Company was established in 2010,
located in Riyadh and serving throughout the Kingdom. We offer interior
design services, undertake all construction works, and handle all finishing
works, including woodworks, gypsum works, exterior works, steel
buildings, and solid wall partitions on the surface.
The establishment operates in the field of trade and supplies. We are the
exclusive agent for Sigma Paints in the northern region, and also the
exclusive agent for LYRCO door factory for manufacturing and installing
all WPC doors.
We deliver turnkey projects under the supervision and execution of
experienced engineers, technical teams, and personnel with
long-standing expertise in this field. Our ambition for leadership and

Our business:
Future Cities Foundation is a foundation concerned with contracting and working to
complete private and governmental projects and working in government facilities in
housing projects. In 2012, Future Cities Foundation was able to enter as a contractor
and had a significant impact on the housing project in Teima.
The foundation also contributes to infrastructure projects and establishes
approximately 500 household connections for installation and testing according to
the required industry standards.
Future Cities Foundation participated in the work at Teima University on the Tabuk
Road in tile and ceramic works by providing specialized manpower.
Also, in the field of transportation, the supply of gravel of all types and the supply of
sand required for concrete plants with more than 30 dump trucks and provided them
in the required time with the Arab Company for Trading and Construction – SATCO –
2013 AD.
Also, in supplying sanitary equipment, Future Cities Company contracted with RAK
Company located in Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates to supply sanitary
equipment for villas for more than one million Saudi riyals.
The institution contributes to the installation of interlocks – the pergola – where the
institution operated the required labor in the sidewalks of the governorate of Teima
for parking lots in front of parks and main streets. Also, work on the Teima
Governorate housing project.
